This spacious ground-floor 2+1 apartment is particularly well suited to families with children, guests travelling with elderly relatives, and anyone who wants both the on-site facilities and direct access to the pool area. The large private terrace opens onto pine forest and pool views with a partial sea view too — a perfect spot for outdoor meals and relaxing. The master bedroom has a 160×200 double bed, space for a baby cot and an en-suite bathroom; the second bedroom has 2 single beds with 1 pull-out bed under each. Together with the sofa bed in the lounge, the apartment offers a comfortable and flexible sleeping arrangement. Kumsal Beach is roughly a 7–8 minute drive away — a real plus for summer plans.

Throughout your stay the entire 2-bedroom apartment, private poolside terrace and living area are yours alone. The on-site outdoor pool, seasonal heated indoor pool, gym, table-tennis area, children's playground, BBQ area and free open-air parking are also available for guest use.
