Owner-managed since 2017, locally based in Kuşadası.
We are a family-run, TÜRSAB-licensed short-stay company. Every apartment, transfer and clean is handled by our own Kuşadası office — not a call centre.
We have been welcoming guests to Kuşadası and the surrounding coast since 2017. Because we know how much your holiday matters, every reservation is managed in person from our local office. We work with professional cleaning teams, follow Turkish tourism regulations to the letter, and treat every guest and team member with the same respect and honesty we expect ourselves.
Lavender Residence sits in pine forest above Long Beach with a curated collection of 1+1 studios, 2+1 family apartments, garden units and sea-view penthouses. All units are fully furnished, with modern kitchens and everything you need for a self-catering stay — plus a shared outdoor pool, indoor pool with hamam and sauna, gym, restaurant and children's playground on site.
We're here in person, in your language. Reception is reachable 7 days a week, airport pick-up is one WhatsApp message away, and the same person who answers your booking enquiry is the one who'll meet you at the door.
