Our prices include the entrance cleaning fee and exclude the exit cleaning fee. Pool garden maintenance and cleaning, technical service fee, stove cylinder gas fee, wifi usage fee are included.

Disinfection processes are carried out at the entrance and exit. In addition, cleaning teams are disinfected with professional equipment before cleaning and after cleaning. All areas and surfaces likes lighting button, door handle etc. that our guests come into contact are cleaned with Karcher brand steam cleaners with approximately 100°C steam power. 

Our textile products such as sheets and towels are washed in a special laundry at 70-90 degrees with detergent.
